We have offered over 70 different pastries since our opening on July 17, 2020. Our menu changes very frequently, to the pleasure of our regular customers!

VERRINE TROPICALE

Silky and slightly tangy Passion Fruit crémeux, topped with a fresh coconut crème sublime and slightly sweet, lightly toasted coconut flakes. For unequaled deliciousness, make sure that each bite contains a little bit of each!

TARTE TATIN

Light and flaky pate feuilletée, topped with an entire caramelized apple and a crème fraiche mousse.

Choux pastries filled with a dark chocolate, milk chocolate or caramel…topped with a dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or caramel whipped ganache.

Lemon and honey curd on hazelnut financier, airy italian meringue, lemon zest

CHOUX CAFÉ

Pate a choux, crispy craquelin, coffee crème patissiere, coffee crème sublime.
